Fund Strategy:

The MONTE LEONE SSF attempts to achieve consistent long-term capital appreciation, largely independent of market movements, through "event driven" and "value" investing.

The Fund invests in value and event driven situations, such as announced mergers, spin-offs, liquidations, and other corporate actions in both established and emerging markets.
